Short version
FeeReady’s calculator runs in your browser. The site does not require an account and does not send calculator inputs to a FeeReady server. Saved scenarios use browser localStorage on your own device.
Information you enter into the calculator
Calculator inputs such as sales, card mix, surcharge assumptions and provider-cost assumptions are processed in your browser. FeeReady is a static website and does not operate a backend database for calculator entries.
Saved scenarios and localStorage
If you save a scenario, the scenario is stored in your browser’s localStorage under the FeeReady site. Other users of the same browser profile may be able to access saved scenarios. You can clear saved scenarios inside the app or by clearing browser site data.
Scenario export and import
If you export a scenario file, the file is downloaded to your device. Treat exported scenario files carefully because they may contain business assumptions.
Server logs and hosting
FeeReady is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical information such as IP address, request URLs, browser type, device information and security telemetry to deliver and protect the site.
Analytics and advertising
FeeReady uses Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalise ads depending on your Google settings, consent choices and applicable law. FeeReady does not receive your calculator inputs from AdSense, and calculator data is not sent to a FeeReady backend.
Cookies
The core calculator does not require FeeReady-operated cookies. Google AdSense and related Google advertising services may set cookies or use similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and personalisation where allowed. You can manage ad personalisation through your Google account and browser settings.
Privacy choices and consent messages
FeeReady uses Google's consent-management message for visitors in regions where Google requires additional advertising consent choices, such as the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Where shown, that message lets visitors consent, decline or manage advertising choices. If the message is not shown in your region, you can still manage cookies through your browser and Google ad settings.
